Established in 1984, Fowler's Income Tax Service processed all returns by hand. In 1990, we purchased our first computer; but, for the first few years, we only processed paper returns on the computer. We soon switched software and began processing through e-file. This is our 23rd year in the tax business and we continue to change to provide you with more services and locations. Last year we opened a new office in Homer Georgia. Alicia Rafala will be managing that office. We are asking our customers to help us grow by telling others about us. We are expanding our services and if you need a service we don't provide, just ask. Company ProfileOwned and operated by Jerry and Martha Fowler for the past 23 years, Fowler's Tax Preparation Service has served the Toccoa-Stephens County area with accurate returns and quick turn-around times. With our new office in the Homer area, we continue to expand our service area and our service to you. Jerry has a BA from Piedmont College and has completed classes with Federated Tax Service and Taxwise University. He has been preparing taxes since 1984. Alicia Rafala, our Homer office manager, is currently enrolled in Taxwise University and we are excited to have her on our team.
